✨ Wake up looking rested — no matter how you slept.
How it works:
A thin, specially-formulated hyaluronic acid gel is placed beneath the skin to fill the hollow that casts shadows under your eyes. It attracts just enough water to smooth the groove without puffing up, and includes amino acids and vitamins to brighten skin quality over time.
Who it's for:
- Anyone with a visible dip or groove under the eyes that makes them look tired
- People whose dark circles are caused by shadowing from hollows, not just skin colour
- Those with fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes
The benefits:
- Immediately softens the hollow that creates dark, tired-looking shadows
- Brighter, more open-looking eyes that read as well-rested
- Natural movement — the gel is flexible enough for the thin skin here
- Results last nine to twelve months, longer than most facial fillers
- Skin looks fresher over time from the added nutrients
What's included:
- A full consultation to check your hollows are suitable (not fat bags or thin blue skin)
- Numbing cream and a filler containing built-in anaesthetic for comfort
- Precise placement using a micro-cannula or fine needle technique
- Immediate aftercare guidance and follow-up availability
What to expect:
- Usually one session; a second can be added after two to four weeks if needed
- You see the change straight away, with the final result settled in one to two weeks
- The effect lasts nine to twelve months depending on your metabolism
💡 This is the only filler here specifically made for the delicate under-eye area — using standard cheek or smile-line filler in this spot risks lumps, prolonged swelling, or a blue-ish tint showing through.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have some swelling and possible bruising for one to three days, and the area can look a little lumpy immediately after which settles within hours. Most people carry on as normal and just cover any marks with sunglasses or concealer once the 24-hour makeup restriction is over.
Does it hurt?
It's quite manageable — we apply numbing cream first, and the filler itself contains anaesthetic. Most people feel pressure and a slight stinging rather than anything sharp, and the eye area is more sensitive than painful.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need just one session, though a second can be done two to four weeks later if you want more correction. If you've got a wedding or a big event coming up, book at least four weeks ahead so any swelling or bruising has completely faded.
How long do the results last?
You'll see the difference straight away, with everything settled and looking natural at one to two weeks. From there it typically lasts nine to twelve months, depending on how fast your body breaks down the product.
Are there any side effects?
It's normal to have some swelling, redness and tenderness around the injection points for a few days, and small bruises can appear. You might feel tiny lumps immediately after that smooth out as the product settles. Rarely, there can be hypersensitivity reactions or infection, and very rarely, blockage of a blood vessel — which is why this treatment requires specific tear-trough training.
Before your appointment
- Stop retinol eye creams one week before — they thin the skin and increase sensitivity
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours — it thins the blood and bruising shows more
- Skip blood-thinning medications like aspirin or ibuprofen if safe for you — check with your GP first
- Come without eye makeup — the area needs to be completely clean
- Let us know if you've had permanent filler under your eyes before — this treatment may not be suitable
After your treatment
- Expect some swelling and possible bruising for one to three days — this is normal
- No makeup over the injection points for 24 hours to keep the area clean
- Avoid the gym, saunas, hot showers and alcohol for 24 hours — heat and exertion worsen swelling
- Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night to reduce puffiness
- Arnica tablets or cream can help any bruising settle faster
- Contact us immediately if you experience severe pain, vision changes, or skin turning white or blotchy
Do not book if
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have an active infection, cold sore or skin condition around the eyes
- You have a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning medication like warfarin
- You are allergic to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine (local anaesthetic)
- You have had permanent filler placed under your eyes before
- You have large, puffy under-eye bags rather than hollows — this needs surgical assessment first
- Your under-eye skin is very thin and shows blue vessels visibly — this carries a risk of discolouration
- You are hoping to treat dark circles that are purely pigment or colour, not shadow from hollows

✅ Compared with Cheek Filler 1.1ml
- Primary purpose — Tear Trough Filler fills the hollow under the eye that casts shadows, so you look rested; Cheek Filler lifts the mid-face and rebuilds lost volume to shape your cheeks.
- Best for — Tear Trough Filler is for anyone with a visible dip or groove beneath the eye; Cheek Filler is for flat cheeks or a blurred cheekbone, not for under-eye hollows.
- How it works — Tear Trough Filler uses a thin hyaluronic acid gel that attracts just enough water to smooth without puffing up; Cheek Filler uses a denser hyaluronic acid gel that binds water to create instant lift and holds its shape.
- Suitability for thin under-eye skin — Tear Trough Filler is specially formulated for this delicate area; Cheek Filler is thicker and attracts more water, which would cause significant swelling and a blue-ish tint under thin eye skin.
- Choose Cheek Filler if your concern is flat cheeks or a blurred cheekbone; choose this if the problem is specifically the hollow under your eye
✅ Compared with Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml
- Primary purpose — Tear Trough Filler fills the hollow beneath the eye that casts shadows, so you look rested even when you're not; Nasolabial & Marionette Lines Filler smooths deep folds running from nose to mouth and mouth down to chin.
- Best for — Tear Trough Filler is for anyone with a visible dip or groove under the eye causing dark circles; Nasolabial & Marionette Lines Filler is for smile lines or downturned mouth corners, not the eye contour.
- Suitability for under-eye skin — Tear Trough Filler uses a thin, specially-formulated gel that attracts just enough water to smooth without puffing up; Nasolabial & Marionette Lines Filler is too robust for delicate under-eye skin - the denser gel would lump or swell excessively here.
- How long it lasts — Tear Trough Filler typically lasts nine to twelve months, depending on how fast your body breaks down the product; Nasolabial & Marionette Lines Filler typically lasts twelve to eighteen months, as the gel resists breaking down.
- Choose Nasolabial Filler if your concern is smile lines or downturned mouth corners; choose this if your concern is under-eye circles and hollows
