✨ Smooth out the deep lines that run from your nose to your mouth and from your mouth down to your chin — one precise treatment that lasts well over a year.
How it works:
A smooth hyaluronic acid gel is placed deep beneath the skin, filling the crease from underneath and binding water to restore lost volume. The gel stays put and resists breaking down, so the result holds.
Who it's for:
- Anyone with noticeable nose-to-mouth folds that makeup won't hide
- People whose mouth corners have started to turn down, giving a sad or tired look
- Those who want immediate, visible change without surgery
The benefits:
- Deep folds look softer and less shadowed straight away
- Your face looks more rested and less drawn around the mouth
- Results settle in over two to four weeks and look completely natural
- One treatment typically lasts twelve to eighteen months
- No need to keep booking every few months
What's included:
- A full consultation to map your folds and plan the placement
- Numbing cream applied before anything touches your skin
- Precise injection along the fold using a fine needle
- The full 1.1ml syringe of Revolax Deep with built-in anaesthetic
- Aftercare advice and a two-to-four-week review if needed
What to expect:
- One session is standard; a touch-up may be booked after two to four weeks if you want more
- You see the filling immediately, with the final look at two to four weeks once any swelling settles
- Results last twelve to eighteen months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle
💡 This is the same trusted filler used for cheeks and chins — just placed exactly where your lines need it most.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have some swelling and tenderness for a day or two, and small red dots or light bruising can show for one to three days. Most people carry on as normal and just cover any marks with makeup after the first 24 hours.
Does it hurt?
It's quite manageable — we put numbing cream on first, and the filler itself contains lidocaine which numbs as it goes in. Most people say it feels like pressure and a few quick pinches rather than anything sharp.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need just one session, though you can book a touch-up after two to four weeks if you want more. If you've got a wedding or event coming up, it's worth booking at least four weeks beforehand so everything's settled and looking its best.
How long do the results last?
You'll see the filling straight away, with the final settled result at about two to four weeks. From there it typically lasts twelve to eighteen months, depending on how fast your body breaks the product down and your lifestyle.
Are there any side effects?
It's normal to have some redness, swelling, tenderness and the odd small bruise around the injection points for a few days afterwards. Temporary lumps or slight asymmetry can happen while things settle. Rarely, people react to the hyaluronic acid or lidocaine, and there is a small risk of infection at the entry points or, very rarely, a blocked blood vessel.
Before your treatment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before — it thins the blood and bruising shows more
- Stop taking fish oils, aspirin and ibuprofen 48 hours before if you can — these also increase bruising risk
- Skip any strong skincare actives like retinol or acids on the area for a week beforehand
- Do not book if you have a cold sore, spot or any skin infection in the treatment area
- Come with clean skin and no makeup on the lower face if possible
Aftercare
- Expect some swelling and tenderness for 24 to 72 hours — this is normal
- Small red dots from the needle may show for one to three days; bruising can happen
- Avoid makeup over the injection points for 12 to 24 hours to let the skin close
- Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, hot baths and alcohol for 24 hours — heat and movement can worsen swelling
- Do not press or massage the treated folds; let the product settle where it was placed
Who it isn’t suitable for
- Under 18 — UK law prohibits cosmetic fillers for anyone younger
- Pregnant or breastfeeding — safety not established, so we wait until afterwards
- Known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine — the product contains both
- History of keloid or thickened scarring — higher risk of lumps
- Active skin infection, cold sore or inflammation in the area — treat this first
- Recent laser, peel or dermabrasion in the same area — wait two weeks minimum
- Bleeding disorders or blood-thinning medication — you will bruise more heavily; discuss with Bella first
