Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have some redness and small bumps straight after, and a little swelling that peaks around day two and settles within 24 to 48 hours. Most people carry on as normal and just cover any marks with sunglasses or a bit of concealer once the 12-hour makeup window has passed.
Does it hurt?
It's quite manageable — we apply numbing cream first, so most people feel brief stinging or pressure rather than anything sharp. The under-eye area is sensitive, but the treatment is over quickly and the thin fluid formula is gentler than thicker products.
How many sessions will I need?

Aftercare
- No makeup for 12 hours after treatment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- No gym, saunas or heavy exercise for 24 hours
- Skip retinol and strong actives for 5 days
- Apply SPF 50 daily for 2 weeks
- Do not massage the area — let the product settle naturally
- Small bumps and mild swelling are normal and resolve in 24 to 48 hours
