✨ Smooth away those tell-tale horizontal lines that age your neck — one treatment, immediate results.
How it works:
- A thick hyaluronic acid gel is injected along your neck lines where it draws in water and plumps the skin from within, filling out wrinkles so they sit flat.
Who it's for:
- Anyone bothered by visible "necklace lines" when they look down or tilt their head
- People wanting neck rejuvenation without surgery or downtime
- Those who prefer a single-session treatment with results they can see straight away
The benefits:
- Horizontal neck lines look softer and less creased immediately
- Skin appears smoother and more youthful from every angle
- Results blend naturally — no pulled or tight appearance
- One treatment lasts most of the year
- No need to hide your neck with scarves or high necklines
What's included:
- A full consultation to assess your neck lines and plan placement
- Numbing cream applied before treatment for comfort
- 1ml of Revolax Deep with built-in anaesthetic, injected in small amounts along the lines
- Typically 10 to 20 tiny injection points across the neck area
- Aftercare advice and a review appointment if needed
What to expect:
- One session — no course needed
- Results visible immediately, though they settle and refine over 2 to 4 weeks
- Lasts 9 to 12 months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle
💡 The neck shows age faster than the face — this is the treatment that catches it up.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have some small red marks and possibly tiny bumps at the injection points for 24 to 48 hours, and a little swelling or bruising is common. Most people find they can get on with normal life straight away, though you might want to avoid anything where your neck is on show for a couple of days if you're self-conscious.
Does it hurt?
It's quite manageable — the product contains lidocaine anaesthetic, and we put numbing cream on first as well. Most people describe it as small pinches or a feeling of pressure rather than anything sharp, and it's over quickly.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need just one session, with a touch-up or maintenance treatment around 9 to 12 months later. If you've got a wedding or big event coming up, book at least 4 weeks beforehand so everything has settled and any minor bruising has faded.
How long do the results last?
You'll see a difference straight away, and it settles into its final look over about 2 to 4 weeks. From there it typically lasts 9 to 12 months, depending on how fast your body metabolises the product and your lifestyle.
Are there any side effects?
It's normal to have some redness, swelling, small bruises and tenderness at the injection points for a few days, and you might notice tiny lumps that usually smooth out on their own. Very rarely, people can have an allergic reaction to the ingredients, or in extremely rare cases, a blockage in a blood vessel — which is why it's important to be treated by an experienced practitioner who knows the warning signs.
Before your treatment
- Stop retinol and strong active products on your neck 1 week before — they thin the skin and increase sensitivity
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand — it thins your blood and makes bruising more likely
- Skip fish oils, aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications 48 hours before if safe for you — check with your GP if you take these prescribed
- Come with clean skin and no makeup on your neck or chest area
- Tell Bella about any bleeding disorders or blood-thinning medication — we can still treat but need to know
- Avoid booking if you have any active skin infection, cold sore or rash on your neck
Aftercare
- No makeup over the injection points for 12 to 24 hours — let the tiny holes close fully
- Avoid the gym, saunas, steam rooms and any heat on your neck for 24 hours — heat increases swelling
- Skip alcohol for 24 hours after — it prolongs bruising
- Do not rub or massage your neck unless Bella has shown you exactly how — we place the product precisely
- Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night if you can — helps swelling settle
- Small bumps or lumps at injection sites are normal and usually smooth out within hours to days
- Arnica tablets or cream can help any bruising fade faster
Who it isn’t suitable for
- Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Under 18 — UK law prohibits cosmetic fillers for minors
- Known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine anaesthetic
- Active skin infection, cold sore or inflammation on your neck or chest
- Tendency to hypertrophic or raised scarring
- Certain autoimmune conditions — discuss with Bella first
- Bleeding disorders or taking anticoagulant medication like warfarin — higher bruising risk, needs individual assessment
- Immediately before or after laser, chemical peel or dermabrasion on the area — wait 2 weeks minimum
How it compares
✅ Compared with Neck Lines Filler 2ml
- Amount of filler used — Neck Lines Filler 1ml uses 1ml of Revolax Deep, giving subtle to moderate improvement for smaller areas; Neck Lines Filler 2ml uses 2ml of Revolax Deep, giving more correction for deeper or more extensive neck lines in one go.
- How long results last — Neck Lines Filler 1ml typically lasts 9 to 12 months, depending on how fast your body metabolises the product; Neck Lines Filler 2ml typically lasts 9 to 18 months, though the neck's constant movement and thinner skin can mean it breaks down a bit faster than facial areas.
- Best for — Neck Lines Filler 1ml is best if you want subtle, moderate improvement or are treating a smaller area; Neck Lines Filler 2ml is best if your lines are quite deep or widespread.
- Recovery time — Neck Lines Filler 1ml leaves small red marks and possibly tiny bumps for 24 to 48 hours, with a little swelling or bruising common; Neck Lines Filler 2ml leaves visible needle marks, possible bruising and swelling for 24 to 72 hours, with small bumps lasting a day or two.
- Choose 2ml if your lines are quite deep or widespread; choose 1ml if you want subtle, moderate improvement or are treating a smaller area
✅ Compared with Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml
- Primary purpose — Neck Lines Filler 1ml smooths away horizontal "necklace lines" that age your neck when you look down or tilt your head; Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml smooths deep lines running from your nose to your mouth and from your mouth down to your chin.
- How it works — Neck Lines Filler 1ml uses a thick hyaluronic acid gel injected along your neck lines where it draws in water and plumps the skin from within, filling out wrinkles so they sit flat; Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml places a smooth hyaluronic acid gel deep beneath the skin, filling the crease from underneath and binding water to restore lost volume.
- Placement technique — Neck Lines Filler 1ml needs careful superficial placement to avoid visible product in this area; Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml needs structural support in mobile skin.
- How long it lasts — Neck Lines Filler 1ml typically lasts 9 to 12 months, depending on how fast your body metabolises the product and your lifestyle; Nasolabial and Marionette Filler 1.1ml typically lasts twelve to eighteen months, depending on how fast your body breaks the product down and your lifestyle.
- Choose that if your main concern is lower face lines; choose this if your neck ages you more than your face
✅ Compared with Tear Trough Filler
- Primary purpose — Neck Lines Filler 1ml smooths away horizontal "necklace lines" that age your neck when you look down or tilt your head; Tear Trough Filler fills the hollow beneath your eyes that casts shadows, so you look rested even when you haven't slept well.
- Product thickness — Neck Lines Filler 1ml uses a thick hyaluronic acid gel that draws in water and plumps the skin from within to fill out wrinkles; Tear Trough Filler uses the thinnest, most invisible gel - Revolax Deep is too thick for under eyes and would cause lumps.
- Best for — Neck Lines Filler 1ml is best for anyone bothered by visible neck lines who wants immediate smoothing in that area only; Tear Trough Filler is best for anyone with a visible dip or groove under the eyes causing dark shadows.
- Suitability for under-eye area — Neck Lines Filler 1ml is never suitable for under eyes - these treatments are not interchangeable; Tear Trough Filler is specifically designed for under eyes with a specialist technique, though it carries higher risks than neck treatment.
- Choose that for hollow or dark under-eyes; choose this for neck lines only — these are never interchangeable
