✨ Lift a drooping nose tip in one quick session — no surgery, no changing your bridge, just a prettier angle from every side.
How it works:
Thick hyaluronic acid gel is placed deep between the tip cartilages to push the nose upward and forward, giving you that lifted, rotated look straight away.
Who it's for:
- You feel your nose tip points down or looks heavy
- You're happy with your bridge but want the tip refined
- You want an instant result without the commitment of surgery
The benefits:
- Tip sits higher and looks more defined from the front and side
- No change to bridge height or nose width — just the angle
- Result is immediate and settles into its final shape within two weeks
- Lasts nine to eighteen months, often toward the longer end in this area
- Far less invasive than surgery with no general anaesthetic
What's included:
- Consultation to check your cartilage structure and plan the lift
- Numbing cream applied before so you're comfortable
- Precise injection using a fine needle with deep bolus technique
- Photographic record and follow-up at one to two weeks if needed
- Optional adjustment at two to four weeks for perfect balance
What to expect:
- One session; optional top-up two to four weeks later
- You see the change immediately, with the true result visible at two weeks once swelling settles
- Avoid heavy glasses for two weeks and sleep with your head raised for two to three nights
💡 A small change to the tip angle transforms how your whole nose looks — and it's done in under half an hour.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll have small marks where the needle went in for 24 to 48 hours, and some swelling and possible bruising that can look more obvious the morning after. Most people get on with their day, but the area is noticeable and you cannot cover it with makeup for the first 12 to 24 hours.
Does it hurt?
It is quite manageable — we apply numbing cream first, so most people feel pressure rather than anything sharp. The nose is sensitive, but the treatment is quick and the discomfort is brief.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need just one session, with an optional adjustment at two to four weeks if we want to fine-tune the shape. If you have a wedding or event, book at least two weeks ahead so any swelling or bruising has time to settle.
How long do the results last?
You will see the lift straight away, and it looks its best at about two weeks once any swelling has settled. From there it typically lasts nine to eighteen months, often toward the longer end in the tip because this area does not move much.
Are there any side effects?
You can expect some redness, swelling, bruising and tenderness around the injection points, with swelling often more noticeable the morning after. Bruising can take seven to ten days to fade. Less commonly, small lumps or slight asymmetry can occur, and if filler is placed too superficially it can show as a bluish tint. Rare but serious risks include blockage of blood vessels, which is why we always have emergency dissolving agent available.
Before your treatment
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before — it thins the blood and makes bruising more likely.
- Stop blood-thinning medications and supplements three days before if your doctor agrees — this includes aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E.
- Come with clean skin and no makeup on or around the nose.
- Let us know if you've had any cold sores, skin infections or recent procedures on your nose.
- Tell us about any previous nose surgery — we need to assess your blood supply before going ahead.
Aftercare
- Don't apply makeup over the treated area for 12 to 24 hours.
- Sleep with your head raised on extra pillows for two to three nights to reduce swelling.
- Avoid heavy glasses, sunglasses or anything that presses on the nose for two weeks.
- Skip vigorous exercise, alcohol, sunbathing, saunas and very hot or cold environments for 14 days.
- Expect some swelling and possible bruising — this often looks more obvious the morning after and settles over a week to ten days.
- Attend your follow-up at one to two weeks so we can check the result and photograph your new shape.
Who it isn’t suitable for
- Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Must be 18 or over.
- Avoid if you have ever had an allergic reaction to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine.
- Not suitable if you form raised scars or keloids easily.
- Do not treat if you have any active skin infection, cold sore or inflammation on or around the nose.
- Recent laser, chemical peel or dermabrasion to the area means waiting until fully healed.
- Bleeding disorders or blood-thinning medication need individual assessment due to bruising risk.
- Previous surgical rhinoplasty requires careful evaluation — compromised blood supply makes this higher risk.
- Unrealistic expectations or body dysmorphic disorder mean this treatment is not appropriate.
How it compares
✅ Compared with Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
- What it changes — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift lifts a drooping nose tip to a prettier angle without touching your bridge; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty smooths bumps, lifts the tip and straightens your profile for overall reshaping.
- How much filler is used — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift uses roughly 0.1 to 0.3ml - about a third of the volume, with fewer injection points; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty uses 0.5 to 1.0ml to add structure where it is needed across the nose.
- Recovery and swelling — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift means small marks for 24 to 48 hours, and you cannot cover the area with makeup for 12 to 24 hours; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty lets most people cover marks with makeup after the first day and carry on with normal life straight away.
- Best for you if — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift is best if your bridge is fine and you just want the angle lifted; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is best if you want bridge work, hump smoothing or overall reshaping.
- Choose the full treatment if you want bridge work, hump smoothing or overall reshaping; choose tip-only if your bridge is fine and you just want the angle lifted.
✅ Compared with Nose Filler Dissolve Only
- Primary purpose — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift adds filler to create a new lifted shape for a drooping nose tip; Nose Filler Dissolve Only removes existing filler to undo a previous result and reset your nose to its natural state.
- Best for — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift is for you if your nose tip points down or looks heavy and you want a prettier angle from every side; Nose Filler Dissolve Only is for anyone unhappy with previous nose filler - too much, wrong shape, lumpy results, or emergency complications.
- How it works — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift places thick hyaluronic acid gel deep between the tip cartilages to push the nose upward and forward; Nose Filler Dissolve Only injects an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down hyaluronic acid filler, turning it into liquid your body clears naturally.
- What it feels like — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift feels like pressure rather than anything sharp - the nose is sensitive, but the treatment is quick and discomfort is brief; Nose Filler Dissolve Only stings and burns more than having filler put in - about a 5 out of 10 - because the enzyme itself creates a sensation as it works.
- Choose dissolving if you have old filler you are unhappy with, lumps, or an emergency complication; choose this if you want to build a new lifted tip.
✅ Compared with Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months)
- Primary purpose — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift creates a lifted, rotated nose tip for the first time, pushing it upward and forward to fix a drooping or heavy look; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) maintains or refines a nose shape you've already had treated, topping up where volume has naturally softened.
- Best for — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift is for you if your nose tip points down or looks heavy and you want that prettier angle from every side; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) is for you if you've had nose filler before and want to keep your result looking sharp, or if your shape has settled slightly unevenly.
- Amount of filler used — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift uses thick hyaluronic acid gel placed deep between the tip cartilages to create the full lift from scratch; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) uses a small amount of hyaluronic acid filler injected only where your previous treatment has softened.
- When to book before an event — Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift needs at least two weeks ahead so swelling or bruising from this first treatment has time to settle; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) still needs at least two weeks ahead, though swelling is usually milder since less filler is used.
- Choose the top-up if you have had nose filler before and want to perfect it; choose this if you are starting fresh.
