- Nose Fillers
✨ Reset your nose to its natural state — remove unwanted filler and start fresh.
How it works:
- An enzyme called hyaluronidase is injected to break down hyaluronic acid filler, turning it into liquid your body clears naturally.
Who it's for:
- Anyone unhappy with previous nose filler — too much, wrong shape, or lumpy results
- People who need emergency correction if filler has blocked blood flow
- Those wanting a clean slate before any new nose treatment
The benefits:
- Removes filler you no longer want
- Corrects asymmetry, lumps or overfilling
- Can reverse complications quickly
- Lets you return to your natural nose shape
- Prepares the area for fresh, better-placed filler later
What's included:
- Full assessment of your existing filler
- Hyaluronidase injections across the treated area
- Observation period after treatment for safety
- Review appointment at 7-14 days if needed
- Guidance on when you can safely have new filler
What to expect:
- Usually 1 session, sometimes 2 if filler is stubborn
- Results start showing within hours, final result at 1-2 weeks
- Wait at least 2 weeks before any new filler
💡 This is the only way to remove hyaluronic acid filler quickly — your natural nose returns as the product clears.
Common questions
Is there any downtime?
You'll usually have visible marks for 2 to 3 days — small red dots where the needle went in, plus possible bruising and swelling. Most people can get on with their day, but you won't want to cover it with makeup for the first day.
Does it hurt?
It stings and burns more than having filler put in — about a 5 out of 10 — because the enzyme itself creates a sensation as it works. The procedure is quick, and we don't usually use numbing cream because the treatment is over before it would take effect.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need just 1 session, though a second review at 7 to 14 days can catch any stubborn filler. If you're planning new nose filler afterwards, start this process at least 4 weeks ahead so everything has settled.
How long do the results last?
The filler removal is permanent — once it's dissolved, that product is gone. You'll start seeing it soften within hours, and the final result is clear at about 1 to 2 weeks. Your natural nose shape returns as your own skin volume recovers over 2 to 4 weeks.
Are there any side effects?
You can expect redness, swelling, small bumps where the injections went, tenderness and bruising — these are normal and settle over a few days. Your nose may look temporarily hollow or uneven as the filler clears. Allergic reactions are rare but serious, which is why we observe you for an hour afterwards.
Before your treatment
- Come with clean skin, no makeup on the nose area
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before — it increases bruising
- Stop blood thinners like aspirin or ibuprofen 3 days before if medically safe
- Tell Bella about any allergies, especially to bee or wasp stings
- Inform her of any previous reactions to fillers or dissolving treatments
- Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
Aftercare
- Expect pinpoint marks, redness and possible bruising for 24-72 hours
- Do not apply makeup over injection points for 12-24 hours
- Avoid heat, exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
- Do not press or rub your nose
- Your nose may look hollow or uneven temporarily as filler clears
- Natural volume returns over 2-4 weeks as your skin recovers
Who it isn’t suitable for
- Known allergy to hyaluronidase or its ingredients
- Allergy to bee or wasp venom due to cross-reactivity risk
- Active infection on or around the nose
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Non-hyaluronic acid fillers in place — this enzyme will not dissolve them
- Bleeding disorders or blood thinners — higher bruising risk, discuss with Bella first
How it compares
✅ Compared with Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
- What it does — Nose Filler Dissolve Only removes unwanted filler and returns your nose to its natural state; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty adds structure to reshape your nose - smoothing bumps, lifting the tip and straightening your profile.
- How it works — Nose Filler Dissolve Only uses an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down hyaluronic acid filler, turning it into liquid your body clears naturally; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty injects a firm hyaluronic acid gel beneath the skin to add structure where it is needed.
- How soon you see results — Nose Filler Dissolve Only starts softening within hours, with the final result clear at about 1 to 2 weeks; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty shows change immediately, looking its best at about 2 weeks once swelling has gone down.
- How long it lasts — Nose Filler Dissolve Only is permanent - once dissolved, that product is gone, and your natural nose shape returns as your own skin volume recovers over 2 to 4 weeks; Full Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty typically lasts 12 to 18 months, longer than filler in more mobile areas because the nose does not move much.
- Choose rhinoplasty to create a new nose shape; choose this to undo one that went wrong

- What it feels like — Nose Filler Dissolve Only stings and burns more than having filler put in - about a 5 out of 10 - because the enzyme itself creates sensation as it works; Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift is quite manageable with numbing cream first, so most people feel pressure rather than anything sharp.
- How long it lasts — Nose Filler Dissolve Only is permanent - once dissolved, that product is gone, with final result clear at 1 to 2 weeks and natural shape returning over 2 to 4 weeks; Tinkerbell Nose Tip Lift lasts nine to eighteen months, often toward the longer end in the tip because this area does not move much.
- Choose tip lift for a small tweak; choose this when even small tweaks have created problems

- What it feels like — Nose Filler Dissolve Only stings and burns more than having filler put in - about a 5 out of 10 - because the enzyme creates a sensation as it works; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) feels like pressure rather than anything sharp, with numbing cream and lidocaine in the filler itself.
- How long results last — Nose Filler Dissolve Only is permanent - once dissolved, that product is gone, with your natural nose shape returning over 2 to 4 weeks; Nose Filler Top-Up (2-4 Months) lasts nine to eighteen months, though most people book top-ups every two to four months.
