Before your treatment
🚫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning meds (aspirin, ibuprofen) 48 hours prior

🧴 Stop retinoids or exfoliants around eyes 5 days prior
💧 Stay hydrated and get a good night's sleep

🍷 No smoking 24 hours prior
Aftercare
❄️ Apply cold compress if swelling occurs (10 mins hourly)
🚫 Avoid water, sweat, makeup or touching eyes for 7 days
💧 Gently cleanse with cooled boiled water; apply aftercare ointment 3–4x daily
☀️ No direct sun, sauna, swimming or gym for 10 days
🧴 Only use clinic-provided aftercare products
📅 Book follow-up touch-up at 6–8 weeks if needed
🚫 No sleeping on treated side for 5 nights
